We do not work directly with insurance companies. However, after your appointment, we will provide you with a receipt for the service rendered, which you can send to your insurance company for possible compensation under the terms of your policy.

Unfortunately, our doctors do not make house calls. However, many issues can be successfully resolved through online consultations—you will receive recommendations and an action plan without leaving your home.

Our clinic operates online, so we do not have a physical address. All consultations are conducted remotely via video link at a time convenient for you, without the need for a personal visit. This format allows us to be accessible wherever you are and to provide qualified medical care quickly. We strive to ensure maximum comfort and confidentiality for each patient.

Yes, you can cancel your consultation.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the consultation, you will receive a full refund or a transfer without additional payment.

If canceled less than 24 hours in advance, a 50% refund of the service cost will be provided.

In case of no-show without notification, a one-time rescheduling of the consultation or a 50% refund is possible (50% is retained as an administrative fee). Repeated rescheduling is not allowed, and in case of repeated no-show or late cancellation, the service is considered rendered and no refund will be provided.

If the consultation is canceled by the doctor or service, you can choose to reschedule without additional payment or receive a full refund.

Consultations may be rescheduled once without additional charge, provided that notification is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and the new date is confirmed by the administrator or doctor.
If the appointment is rescheduled at the initiative of a medical specialist or for technical reasons related to the service, the patient will be offered a new date or a full refund.

If the doctor or service cancels the consultation (for a valid reason, technical/organizational reasons), the patient will be notified as soon as possible.
In this case, the patient has the right to choose:
a) rescheduling the consultation without additional payment, or
b) a full refund.

At the moment, only general practitioners (clinica geral) are available at our online clinic. Unfortunately, we do not yet have specialists such as psychotherapists, psychologists, gynecologists, and others.
If you need a specialist, we will try to refer you to a suitable clinic in Lisbon, which you can contact directly. We always try to help with recommendations for reputable medical institutions whenever possible.

We do not write referrals for IV drips.
Such procedures, including any intravenous infusions, are performed only when there are clear medical indications — for example, when oral medication is ineffective or in special clinical situations. Before prescribing, it is necessary to conduct an in-person consultation, assess the patient's general condition, and determine the safety of the procedure. The decision is made by a doctor at a licensed clinic, where the IV drip is administered under the supervision of qualified medical personnel.

Fluorography, as practiced in CIS countries, is not used in Portugal. If a lung examination is necessary, a regular X-ray or, in some cases, a CT scan is prescribed. If there are symptoms or reasons for examination, a general practitioner can issue a referral for the appropriate type of diagnosis.

Unfortunately, we cannot write a prescription for your relative without a personal consultation—even if you are familiar with their condition. Prescriptions are only issued to specific patients after a consultation with a doctor. This is important from both a medical and legal standpoint, especially if the person is in another country with different rules for importing and using medications.
