Healthcare Navigation is an introductory consultation with a Novodoc doctor for patients who need clarity on how to move forward within the Portuguese healthcare system. In 30 minutes, the doctor helps structure your request: what to do with your current concern, where to go next, which documents or tests may be needed, and how SNS, insurance, public care, and access to specialists work.

This format is suitable if you have recently moved to Portugal, have lived here for a while but never had to navigate the healthcare system, or have already tried to figure it out on your own and want a clear plan without unnecessary stress. During the consultation, you can also discuss adapting prescriptions from another country, continuing ongoing treatment, vaccination, medical certificates, and next steps for a specific medical issue.
