Guided Care Program

Guided Care Program is designed for one adult patient who needs more than a single consultation — structured follow-up with a Novodoc doctor and team. It helps you navigate the Portuguese healthcare system, manage a current medical concern, complete a check-up, or take better control of a chronic issue without unnecessary stress or fragmented steps.

The doctor helps define the action plan, explain test results, adjust next steps, and keep the medical process consistent over time. A chat-based assistant supports the organizational side: documents, translations, prescriptions, referrals, and coordination of next steps. This format is for patients who need not only medical advice, but also support in moving from recommendations to clear action.

What is included:

• Initial doctor consultation — up to 30 minutes.
• 3 follow-up consultations — 30 minutes each.
