Family Guided Care Program

Family Guided Care Program is designed for families of up to 4 people who need clear medical support in Portugal. It helps coordinate healthcare needs for adults, children, and older relatives — from pediatrics, vaccination, and certificates to chronic conditions, insurance, prescriptions, tests, and specialist appointments.

A Novodoc doctor helps review the family’s medical needs, set priorities, and create a clear action plan for each family member. A chat-based assistant supports the organizational side: documents, translations, prescriptions, referrals, and next steps. This format is for families who do not want to manage every medical task alone, but prefer a structured care pathway with a doctor and team support.
