Chief Doctor Care: Premium Onboarding

Chief Doctor Care is a premium healthcare onboarding and care navigation program for patients who want to enter or organize their path through the Portuguese healthcare system with personal guidance from Novodoc’s Chief Doctor. It is designed for situations where a single consultation is not enough: several medical concerns need to be reviewed, priorities need to be set, the right specialists may need to be involved, and the patient needs a clear route through tests, prescriptions, referrals, insurance, and documents.

The Chief Doctor helps build a complete picture of your health, define what should be addressed first, and create a detailed action plan. Throughout the program, you have an initial consultation, two follow-up meetings, and a final synchronization to review what has been done, what the results show, and how to continue. An assistant supports the organizational side — scheduling, documents, translations, and coordination of the next steps.
