How to Get Reimbursement from Your Insurance Company in Portugal

If your insurance policy covers the medical service, your insurance company will reimburse part of the cost according to the terms of your policy.

2. Pay for the service when you book.
3. Have your online consultation with a doctor.
4. Receive your receipt after the consultation.
5. Submit the receipt to your insurance company.
6. Receive reimbursement according to the terms of your policy.

How much will you get back?

The reimbursement amount depends on your insurance policy. It may be a percentage of the service cost or a fixed amount.
